Responsibilities:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will:

  • Prospecting: Actively solicit potential clients to build a pipeline of buyers and sellers.

  • Advising: Provide expert advice on property prices, mortgage options, market trends, and legal requirements to help clients make informed decisions.

  • Accompanying: Show properties to buyers and renters, highlighting key features and answering questions.

  • Negotiating: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for your clients.

  • Documenting: Prepare and review essential documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and more.

  • Coordinating: Oversee document signing and participate in proper disbursement of funds at property closing.

  • Marketing: Promote properties through open houses, and listing services, ensuring maximum visibility.

  • Researching: Conduct comparative market analysis to determine competitive pricing and help clients make well-informed decisions.

  • Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other real estate professionals to grow your network and business.

  • Fiduciary Duty: Always act in the best interests of your clients, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Development

  • Attend trainings, workshops and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Actively participate in personal and professional development opportunities. 

  • Obtaining and maintaining your Real Estate license.

Qualifications:

  • Obtain a Real Estate License

  • We are more interested in a candidate's potential and positive personality fit than proven experience. Do not be discouraged by lack of experience. We are willing to train for the right fit!
